Oct 20th:
presented to NPE group and a bunch of my coaches; rested and did the job!

Oct 21st:
TReadmill Run in hotel workout room:
5 min walk,
15 min @ 80% - 3-4K there
rest 3 min stretching,
200 m @ 70%
200 m @ 90-95% increasing per 200 m from 8.5-10.0 mi/hr - 5.5 K there i think,
rest 2 min
5 min @Z1

(good session - worked on being tall on fast 200's; dehydrated after)

Oct 22nd:
drills with Tyler Barnes:
- A's are MUCH worse than B's - need hip speed drills
- lean from ankles forward more on tempo work
- tabata high knee leaning drills!
