AB's + accels + high knees + lateral work + accels longer
then...
51 sec @ 800 m pace
walk rest 3 min x 3
(5 min rest) x 2

all sets felt good pace, last 10 sec of set 3 and 6 tougher but great run
then...
4 x 200 m easy on beach strengthening feet, calves, then walked back to QT hotel
(Surfers PAradise, QLD)
