Was correct in that the legs and hips were a little tired from the trip and workout on Chicago so...

warmed up d-rom for 15-20 min
then did some high knee drills - 20m , rest 1 min x 4
then...did 25-30 min easy run
then...some b-ball cool down
good workout, properly timed for today...good choice!
